Recommendations for Proper Completion and Saving of the Registration Form:

If the user has been assigned a web account, please include the username, name, and national ID number of the staff member in the email to associate it in the system.

Option 1: Open the form in your web browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla), complete it entirely, sign it, select “Print” and save as PDF.

Option 2: Open the form using a PDF viewer (Adobe Acrobat), complete it entirely, sign it, select “Print,” and choose the PDFCreator printer option (this program must be installed on your computer).

  7. Valid civil liability insurance policy as stipulated in the contract
  8. The policy must designate COMPAS as beneficiary (Company Name: COMPAS S.A / Tax ID: 800156044-6)
  9. Port Operator Registration issued by the Superintendence of Transportation

Port Operators (Shipchandlers)

  1. Submit Client Registration Form V9
  2. Certificate of Chamber of Commerce — issued within the last 90 days
  3. RUT (Unique Tax Registry) — complete document, issued within the last year
  4. Legal Representative’s National ID Card
  5. Valid commercial operating license issued by DIMAR, authorized for each jurisdiction
  6. Ministry of Labor authorization to work overtime (if applicable)
  7. Environmental License Resolution issued by the Competent Authority (if applicable)
  8. Valid civil liability insurance policy
  9. Insurance coverage must be equal to or greater than USD 150,000 for shipchandler activities. For fuel supply activities, coverage must be equal to or greater than USD 500,000.
  10. The policy must designate COMPAS as beneficiary (Company Name: COMPAS S.A / Tax ID: 800156044-6)
  11. Port Operator Registration issued by the Superintendence of Transportation

Required Documentation for Access to COMPAS Facilities:

  1. Include the following details in the body of the email:
    • ID Number
    • Full Name
    • Job Title
    • Task to be performed
    • Date of entry
  2. Submit the current payment statement for comprehensive social security contributions (including Occupational Risk, Health, and Pension).
  3. Complete the COMPAS corporate induction via the virtual platform and send the induction certificate. If induction has not been completed, send an email specifying:
    • Identification number
    • Full name
    • Job title
    • Email address of personnel requiring access credentials
  4. The individual must carry a company-issued photo ID badge.
  5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and must include: Gloves, Face mask, Particulate respirator, Safety goggles, Safety boots, Hard hat, Long-sleeved shirt, Reflective vest with company identification, Any additional protection needed for the task.

For general cargo and bulk shipments, please send the supporting documentation via email to the following terminals:

Submit the Cargo Entry Request (SIC) and a Shipment Authorization Request (SAE) to the following email addresses according to the corresponding terminal:

Invoices may be requested by visiting the billing windows and presenting either a photocopy of the Bill of Lading (B/L), the SIC form, or the Service Request Form.

Request the creation of your username and password by emailing: creacioncliente@compas.com.co

Requirements for system registration:

1. A formal letter on company letterhead, signed by the legal representative, including:

  • Full name
  • Identification number
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Company name (legal entity)
  • Tax ID (NIT)

2. Copy of the national ID card of the employee who will be assigned the user credentials.

If the company already has an assigned web user, the email should also indicate:

  • Existing username
  • Full name of the employee
  • Employee’s ID number

This allows COMPAS to associate the new user profile within their system.
